Did you know the marigold flower is sometimes considered a weed? In fact, it is the symbol of creativity & passion and known as the herb of the sun. Join our ladies night out & weed out any negative thoughts.

What you will learn to do in this workshop:

  • Create a radial half-drop block pattern
  • Layer warm colors to create a sense of depth
  • Apply colored pencil techniques
  • Choose a compelling composition
  • Learn how to pop out final details
  • Create one to three small details drawings

Our workshops provide:

  • Warm, supportive small class size environment
  • Two expert teacher/mentors
  • Learning in a shared community
  • Art supplies provided
  • Helpful handouts for you to take home
  • Finished art to take home
  • Refreshments before and during studio time  

Fee is $45 per person. Registration is required (at least 24 hrs before the workshop). Maximum of 8. Minimum of 5.
